2/4/09 Yearbook ***Important***

Hello Ladies and Gents!
My apologizes for not updating you sooner. I have received a phone call from one of our classmates asking about the yearbook, so i figured I would communicate to you all what I explained to her. Unfortunately, I have not completed the yearbook, I had full intent to have it completed by now. But life had another plan for me.
As I explained to our classmate, as I told you all previously, we were signed to have another company make our yearbook (not me), but fritz chin would not release our pictures. So we became "Stuck" with fritz chin, as far as a yearbook. Fritzchin does not make yearbooks, they just produce the book after it is made. I already had all of your money, I felt bad and I did not know how much work and dedication making a yearbook from scratch would take. I completed the first yearbook, it took me many months, as I ended up stuck doing it on my own, even though I was suppose to have help from another classmate. Anyway, I completd the yearbook, and as I also told you guys before, the link was broken and the year book would not open. The yearbook was lost!!!
That meant I had to complete another yearbook FROM SCRATCH, no templates. I have been very busy, going out of the country, buying my 2nd house, renting out my 1st house, working nightshift, changing back to dayshift, sick kids, developing hypoglycemia, working on my Bachelor degree, etc. So my apologies again for not having the yearbook complete.

As I have also previously said, all of your money is sitting "UNTOUCHED" in Washington Mutual, I am honest and trustworthy. I have no interest in your $46.00 you paid for the yearbook. I will say I have about 75% of the yearbook done. If you would like your money back, I will mail it to you NO PROBLEM, but we have to have atleast an order of 50. Let me know, and please pass on the word!
Lastly, my feelings won't be hurt if you want me to mail your money to you. But also, please know completing this yearbook is last on my priority list, and it has to be.

Hi all!

Hello ladies and gents,

I just wanted to stop by and say hi to all..I know we are all super busy right now with our new nursing careers but that doesn't mean we have to stop looking on here or stop keeping each other updated. With that note I just want to let you folks know that my job is going well, its kind of scary now that I'm off orientation and flying solo, but I work with a great team of nurses who definently lend a helping hand when needed, not to mention that I work alongside my best friend Ale.


Other than that I just purchased my first home, which I am very happy about. I am just enjoying life with my kids and family. I would love to hear how everything is going for everyone else....

Yearbook?

YearBook!

Hello all!
I wanted to update you all on the happenings with the yearbook. Pre-Nclex, I moved very slowly with the yearbook, (because I had to study for NCLEX, of course). Post NCLEX I moved swiftly to complete the yearbook (because I want to get this thing from over my head).

Anyway, when I went to open the yearbook document in my laptop, so I could show one of our classmates the last phase of the book; the book would not open, stating "It had a broken link"! This has been disasterous!!!!!! Please have patients with me.

Please know, I have all of your money sitting in a bank acct at Washington Mutal UNTOUCHED, if waiting for the yearbook is a problem for you, please contact me, nsporter2003@yahoo.com. I will keep you all updated, hoping to finish the ReDo of this yearbook by the end of next week.

That's right...I passed!

I found out a couple of weeks ago I passed my boards, so call me Sarah R.N! Hope everyone is having a good summer and taking some time to relax in the midst of starting new jobs!

9 days later....

Hello! Congrats to all who have passed the NCLEX. Well, after seeing everyone's posts that they found out about passing in about 3 days, I was heartbroken when on the 3rd, 4th, 5th day, my name was NOT on the BRN website. BUT, today, 9 days later, it's there. I checked. I double checked. I triple checked. It's definitely me. I am an RN. Phew!

R.N. Celebration Party!

If you haven't heard. The Nursing Class of May 2008, we are having a R.N. Celebration party!!! It will be August 2nd, we should all plan to be there at around 10. The celebration will be taking place at "The Park Ultra Lounge" in Sacramento. You have to e 21 years old to get in. It will be a great way to celebrate!!!!

The Park Ultra Loung is Great Fun, the best part about it, there are many people of different ages, races, and backgrounds, just like all of us! So come out and lets have some fun!

I PASSED! What a big relief! When I found out, i screamed and then cried. Happy tears of course! I am so proud of everyone. From the looks of it, we have a really strong group. Congrats to you all and good luck to those next in line!
