Hey Denise,
I can borrow 6 or 9 chaffing dishes and some utensils to go with them from my parents, but they live out near you, do you think you can pick them up some time over the weekend??
We don't need to worry about coffeemakers anymore. I rented a 100 cup urn. We were wondering if those coming to help out would be interested in bring some fruit with them e.g. apples, oranges, bananas, ect... If everyone brought a small bag or bushel we can serve fruit with our breakfast.
