i missed the announcements on monday during nurs 9 about the yearbook and picture stuff... no handouts were left either...sooooo... can anyone update me?! thanks and i look forward to see all of you on WED... can you believe its the end?!!... surreal...

Nursing Pictures From Fritz Chin
Everyone can take pictures, even if you do not purchase a picture package. Your picture will be in the yearbook whether you purchase a package or not.
Fritz Chin is donating 2 packages, for those who cannot afford to purchase a package. Please call me if you would like to be considered for this 209-327-0797. If there are more than two people that need accommodations, I will draw names and notify you. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR NAME UNLESS, IT IS AN ABSOLUTE HARDSHIP FOR YOU TO PURCHASE A PACKAGE. Because there are some of us, that REALLY need it! The persons receiving donated packages will remain anonymous.
Have your order form for your pictures ready, as this will speed the process. Pictures will be taken in the skills lab (the room closet to the elevator). I have also set up the room in the middle of the skills lab, as a “Dressing room”. Fritz Chin will be set –up to take pictures from 3-5pm. They will also be present during the ceremony taking pictures that will be available for purchase on-line, from their website.
Yearbooks
I have changed our yearbook company. We will now be receiving our yearbooks from Fritz Chin. They are giving us a package special, so we will be receiving 50 pages for the same price; the other company was charging us for 20 pages. Allow 6 weeks for delivery of your yearbooks. I am working on getting 2 yearbooks donated, so that they can be gifted to the student that cannot afford to purchase a yearbook.
*Please turn in your yearbook order forms to Chrissy Truell. Please complete the address portion as I will need it for shipping purposes. Also include your phone number, just in case there are issues with shipping your products.
Videographer
I have spoken with Signature Videography, to shoot and edit our ceremony. This company has produced Delta’s Nursing ceremonies in the past also. The charge would be 15 dollars per cd. They will professionally shoot and edit the video. I will package the disc with your yearbook, if you ordered one. If you did not order a yearbook, let me know during rehearsal or call me and we can figure it out. I NEED TO GET A GARANTUEE FOR 40 PEOPLE PRIOR TO CONTRACTING THIS COMPANY.
The money would be due the day of the ceremony. A cash payment would be required, because I don’t want to have to deal with the “issues” with checks after graduating. A list will go around prior to rehearsal starting; those that are ordering the disc will be required to pay THAT DAY. Please bring exact change; I don’t want to have to make change. Immediately after rehearsal, I will take a copy of the ordering list and the cash to the company to submit our orders.
