Denise, Is there a theme for the tea?? What time of day are we doing the tea?? And how many people are we looking at feeding?

I just put a comment in under dining for the tea. We are looking at 130 people, Monday Jan 8th from 9-11 am. The theme is mardi gras breakfast bash, but the food doestn't have to match up with theme. Mardi gras food is very expensive to cook. We looked up some recipies for a brunch and it seemed very expensive. Check my other post with newest update on our findings.

Just a quick idea...for my babyshower my mom bought crossaints from Costco, delimeat for Genova Bakery, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese. She set it up so people could make their own sandwiches and everybody seemed to love them! I can't remember if this is what we had at out tea. We could also add chips to the mix.
