help with question#3

Hey does anyone know where in the book to find the answers to #3..ive been looking for way too long:) thanks

I think that will be a cumulative answer as there does not appear to be a pat answer to refer to in the text:

Off the top of my head...

During ambulation - falls, etc

While moving - from bed to gurney

During ROM exercises - over extension

Incorrect meds - wrong dose

Returning to home enviroment - falls, etc.

During invasive procedure - foley, ng tube

Expand on situations like this, and I think we will be fine.

I too was thinking along those lines, orthostatic hypotension, certain disease processess like osteoperosis, possible inner ear problems causing equilibrium to be off, mental stability etc.....
