Are any of you having any difficulties opening the new lecture docs that Mrs. Semillio has just added to the nursing 1 file in Docushare??? These are her powerpoint lecture presentations for some of the up coming lectures but I am unable to view them........any feed back or suggestions????????

Thanks

yes, I was able to get into them. But they are very large files and take some time to open. The Bio file is approximately 115 pages long. I got stuck the first time, so I went down to the second file and opened it first. BE AWARE!! They are very large files (70-120 pages ea.)

I can read and view. I also saved them to a a folder. I can copy and send them to you if needed.

One thing I DO NOT recommend is trying to print them.... literally it will take an entire ream of paper. I am trying to condense them now by converting to a word.doc and resizing the slides.

If someone has a full version of PP they may be able to do this much faster than I can. If not, I will probably have to purchase PP.

If any of you have a PDA yet, you can put them in there so you can have them with you at all times without printing anything.

Hi All,
I cannot get them either, and I e-mailed Mrs. Semillo because it is saying I need a login and password. I'm in the correct place because it is where I have gotten everything before.
By the way Mrs. Semillo says it will not allow us to download or print the documents; it is just there to add to our other outline.

Another thing I have had to give myself the self-talk all day here because I still feel very overwhelmed. I hope I can get a grip soon. Plus I have big time mom guilt and I'm doing it to myself my kids are okay.

You can print the power point with 4 slides per page, you need to go to print properties. It is still alot of paper ,but a little better.
