Welcome to the Class of 2008 blog community. This is the spot for students, past students and faculty to share resources, tips, tricks and information. Check back frequently for student association events, study questions, photos and more. Here you may ask those burning questions and offer feedback and assistance to others as we walk this road together.

I feel the same way and I have spoken to may who feel the same. I think we have so much info bouncing off our brains and nothing is connecting, hopefully it will soon.
Take the exam and get it over with, that is what I did and now I'm moving on.
Don't stress focus on the ones you don't understand more and give those questions more time it should be fine.
Hi all,
Remember, this is nursing fundamentals, meaning basics........do not read more into all of this info. than we need to at this point.....remember Mrs.Semillo's hand thumpings and don't call it a zebra!! I would just make sure you have an understandig of the principle of the info. you are reading about, and concentrate more on knowing and understanding the process and implementation of critical thinking it will help us every where we go and in what ever we are doing.............
Happy Studying
I just took the exam. All I can say is: we need to look at this as a learning experience so hopefully we will be more prepared next time. I'm going to take a nap now.
Each chapter I read, highlight, make notes in my own words, do the questions in the back of each chapter, do the study guide questions, do the focused study tips, study the vocab list, do the NCLEX questions on course compass, and on the chapter outline I put each page number for each topic that way when I take the test I can just look at the outline and I know were to go to get the answer.Within 24 hrs I go back and review my notes. It has worked well for me on the first quiz and the first exam. I hope this helps :)
