The correct locations when auscultating heart sounds are
aortic, pulmonic, tricuspid, and apical(mitral).

Hi Jenn,
This is what I did as well but just was a little more specific with anatomical locations; Aortic=right second intercostal space near the sternal boarder, Pulmonic=left second intercostal space near sternal boarder, Tricuspid=left fifth intercostal space near sternal boarder and mitral=left midclavicular line 5th intercostal space or from tricuspid laterally 5-7cm to the left. this is also the area of PMI
